News & Notes from WrestleMania 41 Saturday Post Show – Following the conclusion of WWE WrestleMania 41 Saturday at Allegiant Stadium, several WWE personalities spoke to the media during a post-show press conference. Among those taking questions were WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H, newly crowned WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, and WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.
Seth Rollins, who headlined the show and won the main event with help from Paul Heyman, was originally scheduled to appear but was pulled from the presser. Announcers stated during the show that Rollins “refused to appear.”
Jey Uso
Now officially the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion after defeating GUNTHER, Jey Uso admitted the moment hadn’t sunk in yet. He called the past week long and emotional and responded “fire” when asked what it felt like to be the face of WWE. Uso echoed that same sentiment when asked about receiving congratulations from his brother Jimmy after the match. He vowed to “embrace the hate and embrace the love,” and said he hoped everyone enjoyed WrestleMania week.
Tiffany Stratton
After a physically intense match with Charlotte Flair, Stratton retained her WWE Women’s Championship and described the experience as feeling like she “went through the fight of her life.” She acknowledged it was hard to process emotions due to the adrenaline, but emphasized the importance of the win and her plan to use this momentum going into her next feud.
Triple H
Triple H announced that Saturday’s show set a new all-time record for a single-night gate in WWE history, with WWE’s announced attendance at 61,467. He said he expects Sunday’s number to surpass even that.
Regarding Rey Fenix replacing the injured Rey Mysterio, Triple H praised Fenix for stepping up on short notice, calling his performance strong under the circumstances.
Triple H also addressed WWE’s acquisition of AAA, calling it an “exciting time” for the company and emphasizing the importance of preserving and growing lucha libre as a wrestling style and cultural tradition. He expressed plans to expand AAA’s influence across South and Central America, stating his support for keeping the heritage of traditional lucha libre intact while integrating it into WWE’s global product.
On the Hall of Fame, Triple H reflected on how special the night was, emphasizing that he considers not just his own family, but WWE fans and talent to be part of his extended family.
Discussing WWE’s creative direction heading into WrestleMania 41, Triple H described the build as “a different kind of process.” He likened the card to individual tracks on an album, with each match telling its own story. He reiterated the importance of having a post-WrestleMania roadmap, noting that while plans may evolve, the creative process should always have long-term structure.
Triple H praised Jey Uso’s evolution as a performer, rejecting the idea that Uso is riding a gimmick. “Sometimes I hear people call him the ‘yeet guy,’” he said, “but people are clearly invested in his story.” He commended Uso’s ability to deliver in big moments and recognized his performance in the night’s title bout.
