Juice Robinson Nearing In-Ring Return Following Fibula Injury

Juice Robinson Nearing In-Ring Return Following Fibula Injury – Juice Robinson is inching closer to a return to the ring after suffering a serious injury late last year.

According to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Robinson is just a few weeks away from resuming in-ring training. The AEW star has been sidelined since November after breaking his fibula during a match with Will Ospreay on the November 27 episode of AEW Collision, part of the 2024 Continental Classic tournament.

“Juice Robinson is a few weeks away from beginning in-ring training. At that point a timeline should be there for a return,” wrote Dave Meltzer. “Robinson snapped his fibula landing on it badly in a routine roll-up spot before the Styles Clash in his 11/27 Continental Classic match with Will Ospreay in Chicago. He had surgery to repair it on 12/9.”

Despite the severity of the injury, Robinson completed the match, ultimately losing to Ospreay before being pulled from the rest of the tournament. The November 27 match was his only appearance in the 2024 Continental Classic.

Robinson underwent surgery on December 9, 2024, and has been in recovery since. Once in-ring training begins, a clearer timeline for his full return to AEW programming will become available.

Meanwhile, his Bang Bang Gang stablemate Jay White is now dealing with an injury of his own. White was recently pulled from the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Though not officially confirmed by AEW, it’s believed he’s dealing with a broken hand that may require surgery.

With Robinson on the mend and White now sidelined, it’s an uncertain time for the Bang Bang Gang. However, fans can remain optimistic as Robinson’s recovery appears to be progressing on schedule.
