4/11 WWE SmackDown Live Results

4/11 WWE SmackDown Live Results – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s live coverage of WWE SmackDown for April 11, live from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.

We take a look back at what happened last week with Kevin Owens and his match at Wrestlemania against Randy Orton.

In the Arena:

Nick Aldis is in the ring and looks a bit uncomfortable in the ring. Nick says we saw a number of moments in this ring last week and he is here to address one in particular.   Nick says he was told to maintain his professionalism and he will do so.  Nick asks Randy Orton to make his way to the ring.

Randy Orton’s music plays and he comes to the ring.

Randy says he can tell by the look in his eyes that you took last week very very personally.  You can’t expect him to see himself eating an RKO after last year when he paid a fine.  He paid double in case anything happened again.  He says he has paid in advance and he paid extra so they are even.  The reason he wants to talk to Nick is because there is a not a match on the table at Wrestlemania for him.  Randy says this is a very important Wrestlemania because this will be his 20th Wrestlemania.  He says he needs Nick to give him an opponent.  He says he will be in Vegas and he will be warmed up.  He says he will have his gear on.  Maybe you lose the suit and gear up?  Randy says he needs his match at Mania.

Nick asks if this is about money?  This company is doing record business and they are a part of that.  Nick says he has been busting his ass for twenty years to get here.  He does not need Randy’s money, he needs his respect.

Randy tells Nick he has his respect, but if you don’t deliver a match for him at Wrestlemania, he might not apologize to Mickie James for what he will do if he doesn’t get a match.

Solo Sikoa’s music plays and he comes out with Tama Tonga.

Solo wants Nick to tell Randy to get out of the ring and stop embarrassing himself.  No one wants to hear you cry.  Solo says it is over for Randy because he is in the past.  Next week, LA Knight is going to end up in the same boat as you . . . in the past.  At Wrestlemania, Jacob Fatu is walking out as the new US Champion.  You will be sitting at home, all alone.

Randy says that is funny.  What is funnier is that you both have the balls to come out and interrupt him while Randy is trying to be diplomatic for the first time to get a match at Wrestlemania.  Randy says the voices have been talking and they are telling you to get in the ring so he can show how to beat up two Samoan boys.

Solo and Tama get on the apron and Randy punches Tama and then he punches Solo and uppercuts him.  Solo hits Randy from behind when Randy goes for an IEDDT on Tama.  Solo and Tama with punches.

LA Knight’s music plays and he comes out and he goes after Tama while Solo continues to punch Randy.  Knight punches Knight.  Orton goes after Tama and Randy sends him to the floor.

Can you smell the MatchCeption in the air?

Knight takes the mic and he says again and again and again.  You don’t speak his name.  He says he hopes Jacob is watching because he took his name out of your mouth and he put his fist in it.  Knight says Randy didn’t get enough and he didn’t get enough.  He makes a challenge for a tag match.

Nick gives the okey dokey for the match.

We go to commercial. Stay tuned for 4/11 WWE SmackDown Live Results.

– We are back and Naomi calls her leech, scum, and opportunist.  There are so many words to describe Jade, but the best one is snake.  If I didn’t push you off that ledge onto the windshield . . . Naomi cackles.  She says it would have been her.  She got rid of Jade and took her rightful place as champion.  Her friendship with Bianca grew stronger.  Now, Bianca won’t look at her.  There is no more fake loyalty.  She is doing what is best for her.  At Wrestlemania, she strongly advises you to proceed with Caution.

Jade says you thought you could duck and dodge her?  Time has run out.  She is not angry, she is pissed.  You thought you knew what was best for her.  You tried to take her out because of your insecurities.  What happens when a star tries to fade?  They take the shine from somewhere else.  That is what it is about.  The glow is fading and you are trying to stay relevant in any way.  You were jealous she came in with so much star power, aura, and glow.  This Wrestlemania, she is not a rookie any more.  She is your biggest threat because a storm is coming.

In the Arena:

We look at all of the WWE title belts over the years set up in the ring, as Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring.

Cody says you got him flustered.  You have always been good to him whether it is this arena, or Defy.  This is the tangible definition of realized potential.  It is the metric that stands.  It says you are the best wrestler in the world.  Cody says he is blessed to be able to carry this and its mighty weight.  It is more than a match.  It is the right to keep this at home.  It is about the next 20 champions.  Maybe someone in NXT or an ID talent, or someone in the crowd who wants to be champion.  There is one man trying to take this away, John Cena.

John Cena has neglected to make Seattle part of his farewell tour.  He has opted to be in Vegas for Smackdown next week.  Cody says it would be cowardice to rebut what John said in London.  Cody says that John said that the place of his tattoo makes him a common fan.

Cody says so what.  He says he has this tattoo the same reason he wears this suit.  He does want to be somebody, he is somebody.  He runs through the people who won the titles on display in the ring.  He stops at the spinner belt and he asks if it is somebody who led this company through good times and bad times over ten years.  John considers this a bad thing.  Cody says it is a man trying to break the wheel and find himself.

Cody says he is the WWE Champion and you are not.  John is always teaching and preaching.  Maybe this is the one time he can teach John and saw his father, as a career babyface.  They can love somebody else.  Cody says he calls himself the captain, but he runs through all of the talent in this company.  He says they make each other better.  He finds himself with the inenviable path of stopping your record breaking title reign.  John means when he says he is leaving and he says he is taking the title.  Cody says he is at his best when his back is against the wall.  He will lead John to have his moment . . . to say goodbye.

He says it would be fun to say your time is up and his time is now.  You know that.  Cody says this is timeless and it stays home and with us.

– We run through next week’s Smackdown.  John Cena will be there.  We will have the Andre the Giant Battle Royal.  Zelina Vega, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter face Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, and Alba Fyre.  The Street Profits defend the tag titles against the Motor City Machine Guns.

Backstage:

Byron is with The Street Profits. Byron asks about their tag title match. Montez says they like Motor City and they saw a video from the Machine Guns and you can talk about what you don’t have.  Dawkins says they run this division.

Carmelo shows up and says you are running this division into the ground.  He brings up the Miz. Miz says the only joke is the tag division led by you two.  It is a slap in the face of everyone to hold that title that they aren’t on Wrestlemania.  He is going to win the titles with Carmelo Hayes. Ford tells them to breathe.

We go to commercial. Stay tuned for 4/11 WWE SmackDown Live Results.

4/11 WWE SmackDown Preview

The Road to WrestleMania 41 makes a pivotal stop tonight in Seattle as WWE SmackDown goes live from the Climate Pledge Arena. With just two episodes remaining before WWE’s biggest show of the year, tonight’s broadcast promises major developments as the card for WrestleMania begins to take its final form.

After a recent absence from television, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is set to make his return to SmackDown. With his WrestleMania showdown against John Cena rapidly approaching, Rhodes will address the live crowd in what could be his final statement before putting his title on the line. The stakes are high, and anticipation is building as the top prize in WWE hangs in the balance.

Also confirmed for tonight is a heated confrontation between Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest. The rivalry between these two former champions has reached a boiling point following a brutal backstage assault in which Priest drove McIntyre into a car windshield, resulting in a legitimate eye injury. Their WrestleMania clash is a rematch from last year, when Priest famously cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on McIntyre. With that history looming large, tonight’s face-to-face encounter is expected to be explosive.

The women’s division will take center stage as six tag teams compete in a gauntlet match to determine the next challengers for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 41. With established teams and rising duos alike in the mix, this match could shape the complexion of the WrestleMania card and signal a changing of the guard in the tag team ranks. Expect high drama and fierce competition as each team fights to earn their shot at championship gold.

Adding to the night’s action, Rey Fenix will take on Berto in singles competition. Fenix has been riding a wave of momentum heading into WrestleMania weekend, and a victory here would further solidify his standing. Meanwhile, Berto aims to reestablish himself with a statement win against one of the most dynamic competitors in WWE.

As the road to WrestleMania 41 narrows, each segment and match tonight could carry long-lasting implications. With top champions appearing, personal rivalries intensifying, and championship opportunities on the line, tonight’s edition of SmackDown in Seattle is not one to miss.
