Update on Hikuleo and Lance Anoa’i’s WWE Status – Despite being part of WWE’s roster, Hikuleo and Lance Anoa’i have yet to make their on-screen debuts.
Both wrestlers were signed in 2024, as first reported by Fightful Select. Hikuleo, who last competed on June 9, 2024, when he lost the IWGP Tag Team Titles, has been on WWE’s internal roster for months. However, despite confirmation of his signing by main roster creative sources, he was not included in initial creative plans.
In December 2024, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Hikuleo is “in the system” and not dealing with any injuries. He is currently training, with an expected debut likely in NXT, though no official timetable has been set.
As for Lance Anoa’i, his absence is due to an injury sustained shortly after signing with WWE. The severity of the injury is expected to keep him sidelined well into 2025.
While both wrestlers have strong ties to The Bloodline storyline, their involvement remains uncertain until they are cleared for television appearances.
