Tyler Bate Nearing WWE Return, Set to Join RAW Roster – WWE is on the verge of welcoming back a previously sidelined star, as Tyler Bate is reportedly set to return from injury in the near future.
Bate has been out of action for several months, last competing alongside Pete Dunne in a tag team victory over Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) on NXT last summer. His absence was officially acknowledged by Michael Cole during RAW in early July, where it was revealed that Bate was dealing with an injury.
Later, Bate confirmed on social media that he had suffered a torn left pectoral major and tendon, requiring surgery and an extensive rehabilitation process.
A report from PWInsider in February suggested that Bate was medically cleared and expected to return within weeks. However, no further updates had been provided until now.
According to Mike Johnson, Bate will be part of the RAW brand upon his return, which could happen at any moment. As of now, WWE’s creative plans for him remain unknown, but his comeback adds another dynamic talent to the roster.
With Pete Dunne currently active on SmackDown, it remains to be seen whether WWE will reunite Bate and Dunne or if Bate will embark on a fresh singles run.
