The Undertaker and Mickie James Appear at WWE NXT Roadblock – WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker made a surprise appearance at WWE NXT Roadblock, delivering a powerful message to one of the brand’s top stars, Oba Femi. The NXT Champion was walking backstage when he bumped into “The Phenom,” who took a moment to offer words of encouragement.
The Undertaker expressed his admiration for Femi’s talents, telling him that he didn’t need to be reminded of the significance of his upcoming match. With a tone of respect and authority, The Undertaker advised Femi to “go out there and defend his yard.” This message was particularly meaningful, as Femi was about to face TNA X-Division Champion Moose in a highly anticipated NXT Championship match, a rivalry that had been brewing for weeks.
This appearance marked The Undertaker’s first on NXT since October 2023, when he made a dramatic entrance on the October 10th episode, delivering a chokeslam to Bron Breakker. The Deadman also appeared during the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere in January, continuing to stay connected with WWE audiences.
Mickie James also made an appearance at WWE NXT Roadblock, attending the event alongside fellow WWE LFG coaches The Undertaker, Bubba Ray Dudley, and Booker T, who is part of the NXT commentary team. James was seen in a backstage segment, where she offered encouragement to Jaida Parker. James, a five-time WWE Women’s Champion and five-time TNA Knockouts World Champion, urged Parker to seize the opportunity and “make it happen” as she set her sights on the NXT Women’s Championship.
Though James has not competed since September 2024, she remains a significant figure in WWE’s legacy and coaching programs. However, Michelle McCool will be taking over James’ role as a coach in the second season of WWE LFG.
