WrestleVotes first reported the news, and Fred Ottman, known in WWE as Typhoon, later confirmed it during an interview with Bill Apter. WWE has since made the announcement official.
The powerhouse duo of Typhoon and Earthquake made a lasting impact in WWE during the early ‘90s with their sheer size and dominant wrestling style. Originally bitter rivals, they eventually formed a formidable team and captured the WWE Tag Team Championship. Their most memorable feuds included clashes with the Legion of Doom.
This year’s Hall of Fame class will also feature Triple H as the headliner, along with Lex Luger and Michelle McCool.
The ceremony will take place during WrestleMania 41 weekend, celebrating the legacy of these legendary figures in WWE history.
