Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins Official for WrestleMania 41 – One of the most anticipated matches of WrestleMania 41 is now official, as WWE has confirmed that Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins will clash in a high-stakes triple threat match.
The announcement came via WWE’s official site and Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who took to social media late Friday to confirm the match. WrestleMania 41 is scheduled for April 19 and April 20 in Las Vegas, making this showdown one of the marquee bouts of the event.
The rivalry among the three stars has been escalating for months. CM Punk and Seth Rollins have been at odds since Punk’s return, with Punk securing a victory over Rollins on the RAW on Netflix premiere in January. However, Rollins got his revenge earlier this month by defeating Punk inside a steel cage, thanks to interference from Reigns.
Meanwhile, Punk also has unfinished business with The Tribal Chief. After teaming with Reigns in WarGames at Survivor Series, Punk eliminated him from the Royal Rumble match in February. Reigns retaliated by costing Punk his cage match against Rollins on RAW.
The intensity between all three men boiled over on this week’s SmackDown, where a massive brawl erupted to close the show. With personal vendettas at play and championship ambitions looming, this triple threat match promises to be one of WrestleMania’s biggest attractions.
As of now, six matches have been confirmed for WrestleMania 41, which will stream live on Peacock in the U.S. and Netflix internationally, on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20.
