Rhea Ripley’s WrestleMania 41 Plans – WWE fans were shocked on Monday’s episode of RAW when IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley in the main event to win the Women’s World Championship. SKY’s victory not only ended Ripley’s dominant reign but also set the stage for a major title match at WrestleMania 41.
Currently, SKY is scheduled to defend her championship against Bianca Belair, the winner of the 2025 Women’s Elimination Chamber match. However, speculation has been growing regarding WWE’s plans for Ripley at the event, given her sudden loss of the title.
According to a recent report from WrestleVotes on SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Q&A, WWE is expected to turn the scheduled singles match into a triple threat by adding Ripley.
“I did want to speak on the Rhea Ripley part that you opened with. Just quickly, the anticipation is that the match will turn into a three-way at WrestleMania. That’s what I heard today. Fully expect for that match to turn into a triple threat match by the time we get to Las Vegas. That’s what I was told. If the spice isn’t there between Bianca and IYO, don’t worry, it’s going to shape out to be a little different,” the report stated.
If WWE moves forward with this change, the addition of Ripley would significantly alter the dynamics of the match, setting up an even more intense battle for the Women’s World Championship at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
