MLW Battle Riot VII Moves to Larger Venue – Major League Wrestling’s Battle Riot VII has proven to be a major draw in Los Angeles, selling out its original venue and prompting MLW to relocate the event to accommodate the overwhelming demand.
MLW announced today that the event, originally scheduled for the Commerce Casino, will now take place at Thunder Studios Arena in Long Beach, California, on Saturday, April 5. The venue, known for hosting world-class combat sports events—including DAZN and Showtime Boxing cards—offers enhanced amenities, expanded food options, and a more immersive atmosphere for fans.
In a statement, MLW confirmed the decision to relocate Battle Riot VII due to record-breaking ticket sales:
“Battle Riot VII sold out last week, shattering MLW’s all-time box office record. With West Coast fans flooding MLW with requests after missing out on tickets, the league moved quickly to upgrade to a larger destination to meet the demand and ensure more fans can experience MLW’s biggest event of the year live and in person.”
Fans who previously purchased tickets for the Commerce Casino will have their tickets honored at the new venue.
