Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez Capture WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles – Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, defeating Bianca Belair and Naomi in the main event of the February 24 episode of WWE RAW.
The match concluded with a series of intense exchanges, including a distraction from Dominik Mysterio, who interfered by distracting the referee. This allowed Raquel Rodriguez to pull Liv Morgan out of a double KOD attempt. The action escalated quickly: Raquel hit Naomi with a Tejana Bomb, while Liv followed with obLIVion on Naomi, but Belair broke up the cover.
Bianca Belair delivered a spear to Raquel Rodriguez, and Naomi followed with a sit-out jawbreaker. After a series of near falls, including Liv countering a suplex attempt with an inside cradle, the tension built to a peak. Naomi and Bianca then attempted a double KOD, but Dominik Mysterio interfered by placing Liv’s foot on the ropes to prevent the three-count.
Bianca went after Dominik, and after a chaotic sequence, Raquel Rodriguez countered a KOD attempt by slamming Belair onto the announce table. Naomi blocked obLIVion and set up for the Bubba Bomb, but Liv countered with a victory roll for a near fall. Naomi then hit a Rear View, but as Dominik tried to interfere once again, the referee had to remove him from the ring. Raquel blocked Naomi’s split-legged moonsault and rammed her head into the ring post, sending Naomi back into the ring, where Liv Morgan covered her for the three-count, winning the titles.
This victory marks the third reign as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions for Morgan and Rodriguez. Belair and Naomi’s title reign lasted 74 days, while Belair had previously held the titles for 104 days with Jade Cargill.
