During an appearance on The Nikki & Brie Show in May 2024, Carmella shared that while she misses the fans, she is currently dealing with “drop foot,” an injury she sustained while giving birth.

She won the inaugural Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match and cashed in her contract to defeat Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. She also won the Women’s Tag Team Titles alongside Queen Zelina and was part of a memorable comedy act with R-Truth.
