AEW Dynamite and ROH Tapings Spoilers from 2/11 – AEW taped this week’s episode of Dynamite a day early in Austin, Texas, along with matches for Ring of Honor. Below are the full results from the tapings, courtesy of Jim Valley and Trae Wisecarver.
Ring of Honor Matches:
- Jael defeated Vertvixen.
- The Texas Outlaws (Wyatt & Wayne Rhodes) defeated Aaron Solo & Jon Cruz.
- Blake Christian defeated Fuego del Sol.
- Dark Panther defeated Gravity.
- Atlantis Jr., Mascara Dorada, and Templario defeated Volador Jr., Soberano Jr., and Magnus when Atlantis Jr. hit a frog splash.
AEW Dynamite Matches and Segments:
- Hangman Adam Page defeated Max Caster in Caster’s Best Wrestler Alive challenge.
- Ricochet appeared wearing The Embassy robe and cut a promo.
- Death Riders retained the AEW Trios Titles by defeating Undisputed Kingdom after Wheeler Yuta used a low blow and a cradle to pin Kyle O’Reilly.
- MJF had a backstage interview with Renee Young, which was interrupted by Hangman Page. They exchanged words before MJF declared he would become a two-time AEW World Champion before Page.
- Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and Hook defeated Aaron Solo, Jon Cruz, and Rosario Grillo. Afterward, Joe named their group “The Ops” and challenged The Patriarchy to a Trios match next week.
- Chris Jericho challenged Bandido to a “showdown,” mimicking a western standoff. Bryan Keith blindsided Bandido, leading to The Outrunners attempting to save him. Powerhouse Hobbs then appeared and stopped Big Bill from attacking Bandido.
- Cope (Adam Copeland) and Jay White attacked Death Riders backstage, stealing Jon Moxley’s briefcase containing the AEW World Title.
- MJF defeated Dustin Rhodes via referee stoppage while holding him in the STF.
- In a backstage promo, Swerve Strickland stated that his feud with Ricochet was far from over. Prince Nana urged him to let it go, but Swerve refused, recalling how doing so before cost him the AEW World Championship.
- Megan Bayne defeated Maya World with an F5. As she walked to the back, she crossed paths with Kris Statlander, leading to a staredown.
- Kris Statlander later defeated Penelope Ford but was attacked post-match by Bayne, who hit an F5 on the floor.
- Harley Cameron performed a “CEO rap” featuring a Mercedes Moné puppet before cutting a serious promo about winning the TBS Championship.
- Willow Nightingale was scheduled for a promo but was attacked by Marina Shafir before she could speak.
- Moxley told Cope that he was a “dead man walking.”
- The Hurt Syndicate retained the AEW Tag Team Titles by defeating The Gunns. After the match, The Murder Machines confronted the champions.
- Mariah May hyped up her match against Toni Storm at AEW Grand Slam Australia.
- Cope and Jay White brought the stolen briefcase to the ring. Cope warned Jon Moxley that if he didn’t accept his challenge for Revolution, he would destroy the briefcase using Spike, his nail-filled baseball bat. Moxley accepted and vowed to break Cope’s neck. Cope followed through with his threat and struck the briefcase. When the Death Riders stormed the ring, Cope & White won the ensuing brawl, but Marina Shafir managed to retrieve the briefcase.
These developments set the stage for key feuds leading into AEW Revolution and upcoming AEW programming.
