WWE Announces ‘Clash in Paris’ for August 31 – WWE has officially confirmed Clash in Paris, the first-ever Premium Live Event to be held in the French capital. The event will take place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Paris La Défense Arena, the largest indoor venue in Europe.
In addition to the PLE, WWE RAW will be broadcast live from the same venue the following night on Monday, September 1. This marks the first time RAW will air from Paris, making it a historic weekend for WWE in France.
WWE’s Growing Presence in France
The announcement follows the success of Backlash France in 2024, which broke arena records in Lyon and showcased the enthusiasm of WWE’s French fanbase. WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque commented on the upcoming event:
“Backlash France in Lyon last year broke arena records and decibel levels, demonstrating just how loud and passionate our WWE fans in France can be. We believe Clash in Paris and RAW will attract people from around the world to Paris and once again create a true spectacle.”
