Scrapped WWE RAW on Netflix Plans for Becky Lynch – The expectation heading into the premiere episode of WWE Raw on Netflix in LA on Monday was that Becky Lynch would return, as there were reports that Lynch would do just that after being away for months.
WWE also had her attend a media event at Netflix’s HQ last month, and she could be seen in promotional material for the show. She is reportedly in WWE’s plans for WrestleMania 41. Obviously, her return didn’t happen.
BodySlam.net’s Cory Hays reports that Lynch was originally scheduled to be involved following Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Title. However, that plan was nixed in favor of The Undertaker having a moment with Rhea Ripley as he came out on his motorcycle and posed with Ripley.
While away from WWE, Lynch has branched off to Hollywood. Lynch will be part of the first season of the upcoming “Star Trek: Starfleet Academy” series, which will air on Paramount Plus.
Production of the series is slated to start in August. She will also be part of “Happy Gilmore 2” with Adam Sandler.
