LIVE 12/30 WWE RAW Results – We are live from the Toyota Center in Houston, TX, for WWE RAW Finale on USA Network. Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett welcome us to the show and introduce Jey Uso. Instead, The New Day came out under a ton of boos.
Woods wants to know why the people have a problem while Kofi tries to speak over the boos. Woods says all that they have done and then the crowd boos a lot. Woods wants to know what did they do to the people.
Kofi starts to speak again and the crowd boos. He says they have a limited amount of time. Kofi and Woods discuss among themselves what to do. Kofi says if you don’t let us… the crowd boos.
Jey Uso’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Woods asks the crowd if they like Jey. Woods says they go way… and the crowd boos and Woods wants to know why he can’t talk to Jey so he wants Jey to talk to them.
Jey tells the crowd to let them talk and he yeets. Woods starts to say that they go way back and the crowd still boos. Kofi says they go way back and he says it without the use of a mic to avoid the boos but the crowd chants about their disdain for the New Day. Jey says they do go way back. He tells Woods and Kofi he has only one thing to say to them. New Day Sucks. Kofi holds Woods back as Woods has some words for Jey. Woods tells Jey to watch himself.
Kofi and Woods leave the ring.
Jey says they have some other problems to address. Solo and the new Bloodline. He says OTC will take care of that. Drew is coming after him and his brothers. He says he will take care of that. He tells Drew to come out for a beat down.
Solo is on the Tron with Fatu and Tama. He says last week was the start. They took care of Sami on Smackdown. He got Roman’s attention. You and Jimmy went back to Roman after all he did. This ula fala will stay with him forever. He will destroy Roman next week and he will remain your tribal chief and then everyone else will acknowledge him.
Drew McIntyre comes through the crowd and he clotheslines Jey while he focuses on the video.
Drew says Jey called him out so what was he expecting. Drew punches Jey and slams his head into the mat. Drew sets for a Claymore but Jey with a super kick and a double leg take down. Jey punches Drew and Drew with a head butt. Drew returns to the Claymore point and officials come to the ring and get between Drew and his intended victim.
A wall of officials point to the back with the hope that Drew will follow their instructions. Drew obliges and goes to the stage but he runs through the line and goes to the ring and hits a Claymore.
Backstage:
Cathy Kelley is in the back with American Made and she asks Chad about facing Otis tonight. Chad says he feels sick. He is sick of the talk that he cannot win a title and has issues with luchadores, and he is afraid of Otis. Tonight, he marks things off his list and he gives Otis his final lesson. The master remains the master forever. They say they weren’t born here and they weren’t raised here, they were made here.
Chad Gable vs. Otis
Chad with a forearm to the back and then Chad chops him and Otis is not happy. Chad with a side head lock and Otis with a shoulder tackle. Otis with wild swings that connect with Chad. Otis presses Chad over his head and he drops him face first to the mat. Chad goes to the floor and he has words for Maxxine and Tozawa. Otis sends Chad into the announce table and the ring steps. Otis sends Chad into the ring post. Chad kicks Otis when he returns to the ring and he follows with punches. Otis with an Irish whip and Chad hits the turnbuckles sternum first. Otis stands on the hand. Chad with a double thrust to the throat. Otis rolls past Chad and hits a clothesline. Otis with an Irish whip but he hits the ring post when Chad moves. Chad goes for a German suplex but he cannot get Otis up.
Chad puts Otis’ leg in the ropes and hits a dragon screw. Chad kicks Otis and does a step over toe hold into a knee drop to the leg. Chad with a step over toe hold. Chad with a drop kick. Otis misses a splash and Chad goes up top. Chad misses a diving head butt when Otis rolls away. They get back to their feet and Otis keeps Chad from escaping. Otis with a biel and clotheslines followed by a back elbow in the corner. Otis with a clothesline. Otis sets for a flying shoulder tackle and hits it. Otis looks around and hits the caterpillar and elbow drop but Chad’s foot is on the ropes.
Tozawa pushes Julius and Brutus and they stop Tozawa. Otis takes care of Brutus and Julius and send them into the time keeper’s area. Maxxine takes Ivy down and she punches Ivy.
Chad with an ankle lock when Otis returns to the ring. Otis tries to kick Chad away but Chad holds on.
Otis brings Julius and Brutus into the ring and Otis with a splash to both men. Otis with an exploder to Chad into Julius and Brutus. Otis with a slam and he applies an ankle lock. Chad kicks Otis but Otis holds on and he returns to the ankle lock. Chad rolls Otis into the ropes and Chad with a German suplex. Chad goes up top and Otis with a back elbow. Ivy grabs Otis by the leg and she is pulled into the ring. Chad with an ankle lock and he grapevines the leg. Otis taps out.
Winner: Chad Gable
We Hear from Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan
Rhea Ripley says 2024 was supposed to be her year. After a year long reign she walked into and out of Wrestlemania as your champion. She took her eye off the ball and she has paid since. One thing is perfectly clear to her. After all of the betrayal and backstabbing and games, Liv Morgan, this has to end.
Liv says 2024 was the year of the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour. What you did to her, she did it back to Rhea, and better. She took her arm, her women’s title, her place in Judgment Day, and Dominik. She says it makes her sad to say that this has to end.
Rhea says she has to thank Liv because she was cleared of the dead weight holding her down. She will unburden Liv with the title, the thing she never lost.
Liv says she has always been a step ahead of Rhea. Every time, she has come out on top.
Rhea says Liv is out of moves. No one can save her from the beating coming to her.
Backstage:
– We go to Dom, JD, and Carlito and they talk about what they have planned. Raquel and Finn are there and Finn says Lady Liv knows how to deal with Rhea because she has a plan for everything. Finn says he has a plan for Damian and the War Raiders. Carlito says that is cool. Finn says when they listen to him, they win. Finn tells Raquel to tell Liv he wishes her the best of luck on Monday.
– Adam Pearce and CM Punk are in the back talking about something.
– Zoey Stark is in LOCKER ROOM with Shayna and Sonya.
R Truth versus Pete Dunne
Dunne attacks Truth from behind as Truth makes his way to the ring. Dunne punches and kicks Truth. Pete says he’s nobody’s butch. Pete is asked to go to the back.
Backstage:
Cathy comes up to Dakota and Iyo and she brings up their matches tonight and the fact they might meet each other in the finals. Dakota says that Zoey, Sonya, and Shayna have to resort to cheating to try to take care of them and they fail. Dakota says she will take care of Zoey tonight. She says she would love to face Iyo in the finals and she wants a member of Damage CTRL as champion. Iyo says she respects Lyra but this is not her night. Tonight belongs to Damage CTRL.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament Semifinal: Dakota Kai vs. Zoey Stark
Kai with a boot to the head and Zoy with an Irish whip and shoulders in the corner. Kai with an Irish whip and a monkey flip but Zoey lands on her feet. Kai with a clothesline and she trips Zoey as she slides to the floor. Kai with a boot to the head. Kai goes for a suplex on the apron but Zoey blocks it and she kicks Kai. Kai blocks a suplex on the apron. Kai kicks Zoey and Zoey hits a springboard drop kick. Zoey with a forearm from the apron and she sends Kai into the apron. Zoey shows Kai the title belt up close and then sends Kai to the floor. Kai with a forearm when they return to the ring. Zoey sends Kai into the ropes and kicks her in the back.
Zoey chokes Kai in the ropes. Zoey with a hard Irish whip. Zoey goes for a suplex but Kai blocks it. Zoey gets a near fall. Zoey with a cravate. Kai with punches and Zoey sends Kai to the mat. Zoey with a reverse chin lock. Zoey kicks Kai in the back and shoulder. Kai with forearms. Kai with a clothesline and a second one. Kai blocks a kick and she sends Zoey to the mat and follows with a Kairopractor followed by a running kick into the corner. Kai with a kick and she gets a near fall. Stark with an explodr and a knee for a near fall. Kai with Code Red for a near fall. Zoey with a rolling Death Valley Driver followed by a thrust kick for a near fall.
Zoey punches Kai. Kai sends Zoey to the apron and misses a boot to the head. Zoey sends Kai into the turnbuckles. Kai with a super kick as Zoey goes for a springboard move. Kai with a Detonation Kick for the three count.
Winner: Dakota Kai (advances to Finals)

– Adam Pearce is now talking to Seth Rollins.
– Lyra Valkyria is alone in HALLWAY preparing for her match against Iyo Sky.

Damian Priest & The War Raiders vs. Judgment Day (Finn Balor, JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio)
Finn and Priest start things off and Priest with a punch to Dom when he tries to attack him from behind. Priest sends Finn into the corner but he avoids Priest. JD tags in and Priest with a punch and he sends him into the turnbuckles. Erik tags in and connects with a forearm. Erik goes for a German suplex but JD blocks it. Erik with a uranage and then he slams Dom and Finn. Ivar tags in and Erik slams JD and Erik slams Ivar onto JD. Ivar punches JD in the corner. Erik tags in and he connects with a knee to JD followed by a forearm. Erik with a hard Irish whip that sends him sternum first into the turnbuckles. Erik tags in and they go for the alley oop power slam but Finn makes the save. Erik and Ivar knock Finn and JD off the apron into the announce table.
Carlito and Dom check on Finn and JD. Erik sends JD back into the ring and Carlito back up. Erik stops Dom on the apron but JD drops Erik on the top rope and he falls to the floor. Dom tags in and he sends Erik back into the ring and he kicks Erik. Dom shimmies and he sets for a suplex and hits it. Rom rolls through and hits a second one. He goes for the third one but Erik blocks it. Dom with a punch and forearms but Erik continues to block it. Finn tags in and he punches Erik. JD with a snap mare and Finn with a slingshot boot while Dom hits a slingshot senton. JD with a slingshot splash for a near fall. Finn punches Erik and JD with kicks.
Finn with punches and Eirk with back elbows. Finn with a GTR and the referee tells Priest to get back on the apron. Finn with a reverse chin lock. Erik tries to get to his corner but Finn punches Priest and then he drop kicks Priest in the knees. Ivar tags ina nd he gives JD a back body drop and he knocks Dom off the apron. Ivar with a slam to Finn and a cross body splash. Ivar with a seated splash in the corner to Finn and a spin kick of doom to JD. Ivar misses a bronco buster when Finn moves. Priest tags in and Finn tags in Dom. Priest with punches to Dom and then to JD. Priest with a flatliner to Dom. Priest with a back elbow to Dom and a flying forearm. Priest sets for the rebound clothesline and he connects.
Priest sets for South of Heaen but Carlito distracts Priest and Dom clips Priest. Erik with a punch to Carlito but JD with an Asai moonsault to Erik. Ivar with a splash against the ringside barrier. Dom counters a Razor’s Edge but Priest hits South of Heaven for the three count.
Winners: Damian Priest, Erik, and Ivar
After the match, Finn attacks Priest when ee celebrates the victory. Finn with seated splashes to the injured leg. Erik and Ivar make the save to prevent Finn from hitting Coup de Grace to the knee.
– Jey Uso walks in the back and Adam Pearce stops him and Pearce says that Solo and Drew are not here. Pierce tells Jey that he will face Drew McIntyre.
– CM Punk is in LOCKER ROOM as he prepares for his time to talk to Seth. Seth paces in BACK.
– We go to commercial with a more Penta-ey graphic.
In the Arena:
We are back and Ludwig Kaiser is in the ring and he has something to say.
Ludwig Kaiser demands everyone’s gratitude for himself. Kaiser says everyone knows that he belongs at the top of the food chain in WWE. He says he is A+ at everything and European excellence. He demands that Bron Breakker come to the ring.
Instead of Bron Breakker, Sheamus makes his way to the ring.
Sheamus is attacked by Kaiser when he gets into the ring. Sheamus punches Kaiser and he rakes the eyes. Kaiser with thumbs to the eyes and a shot to the ribs. Sheamus with a knee and he sets for a Brogue Kick and he hits it.
Backstage:
LWO is with Alpha Academy and Rey tells Otis he showed juevos by standing up to Chad and he will win next time. The New Day show up and they applaud Rey’s locker room leader advice. Kofi asks if he gave Otis a shoulder to cry on. Rey tells them to take their BS somewhere else. Kofi asks if he will have his boys jump him. Rey says being a leader is stepping up and checking any egos. Rey suggests a tag match. Woods says Rey will be in it and one of his crony cosplayers will join him. Will it be masked guy, hat guy, no hat guy, or kid with the twelve inch boots on? Woods says they accept the challenge.

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament – Semifinal: IYO SKY vs. Lyra Valkyria
They lock up and Lyra with a wrist lock take down into an arm bar. Lyra with a take down and Iyo with a side head lock take down. Lyra gets a near fall after a leg sweep. Iyo with a near fall aftr a leg sweep. Iyo with a wrist lock and Irish whip. Lyra floats over and Iyo leaps over Lyra. Iyo avoids a spinning heel kick and Lyra gets a near fall with a rollup. Lyra with a near fall. Lyra with a side head lock as we see Dakota watching from a suite.
Lyra goes for a Billy Goat’s Curse and she swings Iyo. Lyra drives the knees into the mat. Lyra with a drop kick through the ropes.Lyra sends Iyo back into the ring and Lyra goes for a Northern Lights suplex but Iyo with elbows to escape. Lyra runs into a boot. yo goes to the turnbuckles and Lyra grabs the leg and hits a dragon screw off the turnbuckles. Lyra with an elbow drop and she works on the leg and tries to hyper-extend the knee. Lyra continues to work on the knee. Lyra gets Iyo on her shoulders but Iyo escapes. Lyra works on the leg. Iyo kicks Lyra away and gets a near fall. Lyra returns to the leg and she gets a near fall.
Iyo with punches and Lyra with a heel hook into a modified Liontamer but using an ankle lock. Lyra with an atomic drop to the knee. Iyo with a kick and punch but she has little power in her punches due to the damage done to her leg. Iyo with forearms and Lyra blocks a kick. Iyo blocks a leg trapped German suplex with elbows and Iyo with a drop kick and both are down. Iyo avoids a spinning heel kick and she connects with shotei and a running back elbow. Iyo goes to the turnbuckles and she hits a missile drop kick. Iyo goes up top and Lyra stops Iyo on the turnbuckles. Lyra with a forearm to the back and she sets for a super Night Wing. Iyo counters into a sunset flip but Lyra does not go over. Lyra drop kicks Iyo into the turnbuckles and follows with a tornado DDT. Lyra with a suplex for a near fall. Lyra sets for Night Wing and Iyo gets to her feet. Iyo with an O’Connor Roll and a German suplex for a near fall.
Iyo goes for a Tiger Driver but Lyra with a spinning heel kick and a swinging suplex for a near fall. Lyra goes to the turnbuckles and Iyo stops her. Iyo climbs the turnbuckles and connects with a chop. Iyo goes for a Victory Bomb and hits it for a near fall. Iyo goes to the apron when Lyra rolls to the floor. Iyo sets for a moonsault and hits it on Lyra. Iyo sends Lyra into the ring and she limps to the corner for a running double knee strike in the corner. Iyo goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault and she misses but lands on her feet and her knee buckles a bit. A series of standing switches and Iyo with an O’Connor Roll for a near fall. Lyra rolls through and bridges for the three count.
Winner: Lyra Valkyria (advances to Finals)
We are told that the finals will take place on January 13th.

In the Arena:
Back from the breack and Seth welcomes everyone to the show. He says that we will go out with a bang on the final Raw on USA Network. One week from tonight, the biggest fight in the sport. Ten years in the making. Seth says after next week, you know where you will find him. He will be here on Monday night and the Monday after that. He says he will be fighting because that is what he does. If things don’t go Punk’s way, you can’t say the same about him. Will he cry and whine about it? Will he take another ten years off and take his ball and go home again?
CM Punk’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Punk repeats what Seth said about taking your ball and going home. That is the most cliche thing to say. Who is the one who wanted to turn the boys against everyone? Did Steve Austin take his ball and go home? Did The Man take her ball and go home?
Do you want to tell all of these people that he abandoned them, but the truth is he abandoned him. We both made our decisions and Punk says he has no regrets. Punk wants to talk about the last ten months. He asks Seth how is his neck. How is your knee? How are your insides because he saw Reed hit six tsunamis? How is your pride since you didn’t get revenge when Punk broke his ankle? Self proclaimed best in the world? Punk says he didn’t want to make friends, he wanted to make money and next week is the biggest money game. He calls Seth little brother.
Seth says the people who left have left. He says his wife left to raise a kid, which you don’t know anything about. Austin says he made a mistake leaving. You wanted this company to die. You went on your buddy’s podcast and took shots. You took a chunk of change to join the competition. How did that work out? You want to call him a martyr. Seth says he never felt bad about anything he did. He stayed. Revolutions are won by people in the trenches, not being a coward. He says that he is a big brother. You will take ten years off but it won’t be a decision that you make. Seth says he will make that decision.
Punk says you recognize the pioneers by the arrows in their backs. Punk says Seth wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Punk. Punk says he didn’t hate this place, just the guy who ran it and that guy loved you. You stabbed Roman in the back. Now you are dressed like an idiot. Punk says he left because he had to and he waited until the arrows couldn’t reach him. He eventually pulled them all out. He came back after seven years because they chanted his name, mostly during your matches. Punk says he should be dead and he is not. Oh, are the arrow throwers mad. Next week, those same arrows that should have done him in, he walks into LA with the arrows in his hand and he will jam them down your corproate throat.
Seth says he never said this to Punk’s face. Maybe at one time you were a pioneer. You have become a cancer. You are a cancer to that locker room and a cancer in his brain. You are a cancer to this business. Cancer does not cure itself. The way to get rid of it is to cut it out. Bring your fist full of arrows, he will bring his eyes of fire and his rage and he will burn Punk to the ground.

12/30 WWE RAW Preview
Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio of Judgment Day will be going head-to-head with reigning WWE World Tag Team Champions The War Raiders and Damian Priest. The six men encountered one another during last week’s edition of “Raw” when The War Raiders provided a hand to Priest after Balor, McDonagh, and Carlito inadvertently helped Priest defeat Dominik when they set him up for a trap during his match against Dominik and continued beating him down afterwards.
The two competitors who will be going one-on-one in the finals of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship will be determined tonight, as Dakota Kai collides with Zoey Stark and Lyra Valkyria squares off with IYO SKY in a pair of semifinals matches. Kai defeated Shayna Baszler and Katana Chance in a Triple Threat First Round Match while Stark emerged victorious over Raquel Rodriguez and Kayden Carter, Valkyria beat Ivy Nile and Zelina Vega, and SKY defeated Natalya and Alba Fyre.
Additionally, after defeating Alpha Academy’s Akira Tozawa in singles competition last week, Chad Gable looks to score another win over another one of his former stablemates as he takes on Otis. Archrivals Seth “Freakin” Rollins and CM Punk will also be meeting with each other just one week before they face one another in the squared circle.
