Hulk Hogan: The Icon of the Golden Era
The legendary figure of the 1980s to early 1990s being a notable Terry Gene Bollea or as we all know him “Hulk Hogan”. A multiple time WWE Champion, he dominated the WWF, and won his first title by beating The Iron Sheik, Madison Square Garden, January 23 1984. This victory was a major step in the creation of “Hulkamania”, the face of WWF.
He was not just a wrestler but also a pop culture sensation appearing in many movies and tv shows with many action figures and T-shirts bearing his image. He headlined many events, including WrestleMania and is widely regarded as the most recognized star worldwide.
