AEW Rampage: Winter is Coming Spoilers for 12/13 – AEW held the tapings for this week’s Rampage: Winter is Coming and next week’s Ring of Honor TV episodes at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri, following the live broadcast of AEW Dynamite on December 11. Below are the spoilers from the tapings:
After Dynamite, Ring of Honor taped a contract signing between ROH Champion Chris Jericho and his Final Battle challenger Matt Cardona. Jericho told him that he was lucky Jericho granted him the title bout because just being in the ring with Jericho puts him on a greater level. He said there was no way Cardona was going to win and take the title. Cardona said everyhing that comes out of Jericho’s mouth is BS. He’s fake and using ROH, leeching off of it the same way he uses everyone else. Cardona said he’s not going to let the biggest opportunity in his career slip through his fingers. He’s going to become the new ROH Champion. Cardona signed the contract. Jericho stalled at signing before he finally did. Jericho offered a handshake but before Cardona could get attacked, he nailed Jericho, hit Bryan Keith and then put Jericho through a table.
