NXT Star Replacing Jade Cargill in Women’s US Title Tournament ** SPOILER ** – The lineup for WWE’s Women’s United States Championship tournament has undergone a significant change, opening the door for a rising “WWE NXT” talent to make an impact.

On 11/22 episode of WWE SmackDown, a pivotal triple-threat match took place featuring Bianca Belair, Chelsea Green, and Blair Davenport. As the match reached its climax, a backstage scene revealed Jade Cargill injured, sprawled across the hood of a car. Concerned for her tag team partner, Belair rushed to Cargill’s side, eventually leaving the arena in an ambulance with her. This left an opening for Green, who capitalized by pinning Davenport to secure her place in the next round.

Cargill was originally scheduled to compete in the next tournament triple-threat against Michin and Piper Niven. However, as SmackDown came to a close, it was announced that Cargill is not medically cleared to compete and will be replaced by a mystery opponent. According to reports from Fightful Select, that replacement is Lash Legend, a member of Meta-Four.

Legend has yet to officially join the main roster but has been gaining visibility in recent weeks. Alongside her tag team partner Jakara Jackson, she has appeared in high-profile matches on both RAW and SmackDown, including competing for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Crown Jewel 2024. This tournament marks a major opportunity for Legend to establish herself as a singles competitor and potentially make a lasting impression on the main roster.

As the tournament unfolds, Legend’s addition adds intrigue to a competition already brimming with drama and surprises.
