GUNTHER Reaches 100 Days as World Heavyweight Champion – Since becoming the WWE World Heavyweight Champion when he beat Damian Priest in a top match at this year’s SummerSlam, GUNTHER has been on a strong run.
GUNTHER entered into a feud with Randy Orton after winning the title, where he went over at Bash in Berline. His next title defense was over Sami Zayn on the October 7th episode of Raw. He did fall short in a tag team match where he and Ludwig Kaiser lost to Orton and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. He followed that up with a loss to Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Title at the Crown Jewel Title.
Last week on Raw, WWE held a Fatal four-way match to determine who would challenge GUNTHER next. The competitors included Priest, Dominik Mysterio, Seth Rollins, and Sheamus, with Priest ultimately securing the victory.
The two stars will meet soon. However, the exact date is unknown, as it could be at either Survivor Series: WarGames later this month or Saturday Night’s Main Event in December.
GUNTHER reached a milestone as the World Heavyweight Champion, holding the title for 100 days.
