The WWE Speed Women’s Championship Tournament continued on the September 18th episode of WWE Speed, as Kairi Sane faced Elektra Lopez.
Lopez slammed Sane and overpowered her early on. She kept rolling as she dropped Sane with a spinebuster. Lopez got a two-count with a suplex. Sane rallied and got a two-count with a pin attempt. She fired up with a spinning back fist and a Spear. Sane continued to gain momentum, and she hit the Insane Elbow for the win.
With the win, Sane advanced to the next round, where she will face either Candice LeRae or Piper Niven. On the other side of the bracket, IYO SKY will face Naomi.
