Update on Potential New Member Joining The Bloodline – Zilla Fatu will no longer be appearing at Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) events moving forward. The promotion announced that he will not participate in the September 20th GCW event in Philadelphia, nor in any future shows for the foreseeable future.
GCW shared the news via their X account just as tonight’s WWE SmackDown was starting live from Sacramento, CA. They stated, “Zilla Fatu will not be appearing on tonight’s GCW event in Philadelphia, or any GCW shows for the foreseeable future. We tried our best to avoid this situation, but we have reached an impasse. We wish him the best. Matt Tremont will now face SLADE tonight at GCW: Aura in Philly.”
Zilla Fatu last competed for GCW on September 15th and has been active in various independent promotions, including House of Glory (HOG) and Reality of Wrestling. As a member of the renowned Samoan Wrestling Dynasty, there has been speculation about his potential involvement in the ongoing Bloodline storyline in WWE.
Following the arrival of Jacob Fatu in June, Zilla Fatu shared a cryptic message hinting at a possible future appearance in WWE, which has only added to the intrigue surrounding his career trajectory. Fans will be watching closely to see where his next steps lead, especially given the buzz surrounding his family connections and potential roles in major wrestling storylines.
