Three Matches Announced for 9/3 NXT Episode – Three matches have been added to the card for the September 3rd episode of WWE NXT.
At NXT No Mercy, TNA X-Division Champion Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel challenged newly crowned NXT Tag Team Champions Axiom and Nathan Frazer to a match. NXT General Manager Ava later announced that Wentz and Miguel would face Hank Walker and Tank Ledger and Gallus (Wolfgang and Mark Coffey) in a Number One Contender’s Match on the September 3rd episode of NXT.
The winners of the match will challenge Axiom and Frazer for the titles on the September 10th episode of NXT. Axiom and Frazer beat Andre Chase and Ridge Holland to regain the titles at NXT No Mercy.
Plus, Oro Mensah will face Lexis King after a confrontation between the two on the August 27th episode.

- Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne
- NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger vs. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) vs. Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey)
