Rich Swann Gets Six Months Probation Following Disorderly Intoxication Arrest

Rich Swann Gets Six Months Probation Following Disorderly Intoxication Arrest – Earlier this summer, Rich Swann was arrested in Altamonte Springs, Florida, for disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance. This misdemeanor offense will see him serve probation.

Swann is now slated to enter a substance abuse rehab program after he pleaded no contest to the charges. This is a plea where the defendant neither admits nor disputes the charge or charges, depending on the case.

Swann entered a guilty plea, and the court found him guilty. As a result, he was fined $203 and ordered to serve six months probation. He was also ordered to pay an additional $285.38 in related fees. The case will be closed once the fees are paid and he completes the probation sentence.

Before his arrest, TNA regularly featured him on television, where he worked as a member of First Class with A.J. Francis.
