Randy Orton to Compete on NXT in St. Louis, Special Appearance by Sexxy Red – At the start of the September 17 episode of NXT, GM Ava announced that Randy Orton would compete in a NXT ring on the October 8 episode, which will be broadcast from St. Louis, Missouri, Randy Orton’s hometown.
The event was recently relocated to The Factory at The District in Chesterfield, Missouri. The show will be the second episode of NXT’s run on the CW. Whom Randy will be competing against was not made clear.
Also, going down on October 8, Sexyy Red will return to WWE NXT. Plus, the NXT Tag Team Championships will be on the line when A-Town Down Under’s Austin Theory & Grayson Waller face the “Super Sonic Duo” of FrAxiom, Nathan Frazer, and Axiom.
Update: Orton later suggested that he will be facing Je’Von Evans. In a tweet, he told the young NXT star he’d see him in St. Louis on October 8.
