Odyssey Jones Reportedly Fired by WWE – As noted earlier, Odyssey Jones was reportedly removed from WWE television after the company became aware of domestic violence allegations against him. While specific details about the allegations remain unclear, Bryan Alvarez confirmed on Wrestling Observer Live that Jones has been fired by WWE.
Alvarez noted that there hasn’t been an official press release from WWE, but reliable sources have indicated that Jones is no longer with the company.
Alvarez stated, “There has not been a press release or anything like that. But I’ve been told Odyssey Jones is fired. There are rumors online, also from Fightful, that it was a domestic violence allegation. Apparently no arrests at this point but I was told fired. So, that’s it for Odyssey Jones.”
Jones was involved in a storyline with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, where it was being teased that Woods might turn on Kofi due to concerns that Kofi was trying to replace Big E with Jones. However, Jones was absent from Raw last week, and there was no mention of him on the most recent episode, indicating that the storyline has likely been dropped.
