Kairi Sane had a scary moment on WWE RAW, as she got busted open. A new report provided an update.
On the September 2 episode of WWE RAW, Sane and IYO SKy faced Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn in a Number One Contender’s Match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. During the match, Sane hit a dive to the outside, and she got busted upon impact. Her eye was bleeding badly, but she finished the match.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Sane received stitches backstage from WWE’s medical team after the match. He wrote that there was no word on whether Sane had suffered a more extensive injury.
Kairi Sane then took to Twitter and shared a picture of her bloody eye. In the post, she included a “thumbs up” emoji.
