Eddie Kingston: Leg Injury Recovery Going Well – Eddie Kingston is currently recovering from a leg injury that required surgery in July, and he could be out of action for up to ten months.
In a recent appearance on The DAVINci Report, Kingston provided an update on his recovery.
“I’m healing up from a fracture of my tibia, a strain on my meniscus, and I had to get my ACL replaced. A lot of fun,” he shared. He described the recovery process as going well, though he expressed frustration with insurance issues, stating, “Insurance is a fraud, folks. Just throwing that out there.”
Kingston mentioned that he’s starting to feel restless at home. “I can walk a little now, lift weights, and do some squats—just not too low. Now it’s at the point of, ‘Let’s hurry this up. Let’s get going.'”
He hopes to make his return by April or May 2025. Despite his injury, Kingston made an appearance on the August 17 episode of AEW Collision to address Bryan Danielson in the lead-up to AEW All In.
