Viewership Numbers for 8/16 WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage

WWE SmackDown on August 16 scored 2.252 million viewers. This number is down slightly from the 2.269 million viewers the show scored on August 9.

Friday’s episode posted a 0.61 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is also down slightly from the 0.64 rating from last Friday.

The show ranked #1 for the day on cable.

SmackDown was preempted in select markets due to Week 2 of the NFL’s preseason.

As for AEW Rampage, the show drew 295,000 viewers and scored a rating of 0.10 in the 18-49 demographic. This is up in both categories from the August 9th episode, which drew 219,000 viewers and scored a rating of 0.09 in the key demo. The show was taped from the Chartway Arena following the August 14th AEW Dynamite.
