He now faces one of his biggest challenges yet as he prepares to defend his title against Bryan Danielson in the main event of AEW All In, taking place today. The match was set after Danielson won the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, defeating Hangman Page in the finals. The two had previously faced off in October 2023 on Dynamite, where Danielson emerged victorious.
In a recent interview with Barstool Rasslin, Strickland revealed that he is currently in a “renegotiation stage” with AEW. He expressed his admiration for the AEW locker room, roster, and overall promotion, stating that he loves being a significant part of a company that is still growing and evolving.
