In the main event, a Bloodline Rules match between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa, Reigns made a surprise return to the WWE ring. Sikoa’s version of The Bloodline, including Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa, intervened throughout the match. Fatu even delivered a top-rope splash through the announce table onto Rhodes. Despite interference from Kevin Owens and Randy Orton on Rhodes’ behalf, they were neutralized by The Bloodline.
Reigns, wearing a shirt emblazoned with “OTC” (Original Tribal Chief), made a decisive impact by attacking Sikoa with a Superman Punch and a Spear. This intervention allowed Rhodes to secure the victory and retain the Undisputed WWE Championship. Although Reigns did not address Rhodes directly, his presence and actions clearly signaled a message. Sikoa’s reaction indicated his fury over Reigns’ interference, as it cost him the championship.
