AEW Dynamite Sees Slight Viewership Increase on 8/7

AEW Dynamite Sees Slight Viewership Increase on 8/7 – The August 7th episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 622,000 viewers on TBS, marking a 2.1 percent increase from the previous week. Despite this uptick, it ranks as the third-lowest audience total the show has ever drawn on a Wednesday night, with all three of those low ratings occurring within the last eight weeks.

In the key 18-49 demographic, Dynamite earned a 0.19 rating, which is a 5.6 percent improvement from last week. However, this rating is still the second-lowest in the show’s history across all nights and time slots.

The episode faced stiff competition for the second week in a row, going head-to-head with the Olympics being broadcast on NBC, USA Network, and Peacock. With the Olympics concluding this Sunday, Dynamite will no longer face that competition next week, which could potentially lead to an increase in viewership.
