However, by the end of that night, Gable was shown bloodied and battered during the violent debut of the Wyatt Sick6, leading WWE to initially announce that Ilja Dragunov would replace Gable in the qualifying match.
In a surprising turn of events, Adam Pearce provided an update, stating that while Gable was indeed shaken up by the attack, he has been medically cleared to compete. Consequently, Gable will wrestle as originally planned in the qualifying match, where he will face Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed.
