Bronson Reed Teases Return of Former Retribution Member

Bronson Reed Teases Return of Former Retribution Member – Shane Haste, also known as SLAPJACK from Retribution, is set to become a free agent in June as his NJPW contract is nearing its expiration, according to a report from Fightful Select.

Haste, who transitioned to NJPW following his WWE tenure, recently experienced a significant loss. He and his TMDK partner Mikey Nicholls were defeated by Guerrillas of Destiny’s El Phantasmo and Hikuleo for the NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championships at NJPW Resurgence.

Haste gained prominence during his WWE run as part of the faction Retribution. As of now, Dijak (formerly T-Bar) and Mia Yim are the only remaining members from the group still with WWE. The other members, including Mercedes Martinez, Mason Madden, Mustafa Ali, and Haste, have since departed the company.

Beyond his time in WWE, Haste was a member of TMDK (The Mighty Don’t Kneel) in NJPW, alongside Bronson Reed. Reed has recently hinted at a possible reunion with Haste, further fueling speculation about Haste’s next career move.
