Jordynne Grace is set to make a splash at NXT Battleground.
On the May 28 edition of WWE NXT, Grace, the reigning TNA Knockouts World Champion, was surprisingly announced as the challenger for Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Battleground. Following a major reaction from the crowd, Grace came to the ring and declared her intention to leave Battleground as a double champion.
This marks Grace’s second appearance in WWE, following her debut in the Women’s Royal Rumble match in January.
For Roxanne Perez, this will be her fourth defense of the NXT Women’s Championship, which she won by defeating Lyra Valkyria at Stand & Deliver back in April.
