CM Punk Status for WWE King and Queen of the Ring

CM Punk Status for WWE King and Queen of the Ring – As WWE prepares for its next event in Saudi Arabia, fans have been speculating whether CM Punk will join the roster for the upcoming WWE King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event. However, reports that Punk will not be in Jeddah this weekend. Instead, he will be commentating on Friday night’s Cage Fury Fighting Championships in Philadelphia.

The King and Queen of the Ring event, set to take place at the Jeddah SuperDome, will feature Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes facing off against Logan Paul in the headline match. The pre-show kicks off at 12 p.m. ET, followed by the main card at 1 p.m. ET.

Other highlights include the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, WWE Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch defending her title against Liv Morgan, and WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn facing Bronson Reed and Chad Gable in a triple threat match.

CM Punk, who has a history of controversial statements regarding WWE’s Saudi Arabia events, including a notorious tweet directed at The Miz, will not be attending the event. Although he is currently injured, Punk has been active in WWE’s pre-shows for their Premium Live Events. In the past, Saudi Arabia has paid substantial amounts for appearances from high-profile talents such as Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels, who even came out of retirement for a match.

Despite the speculation and his previous involvement in pre-shows, CM Punk’s commitments to Cage Fury Fighting Championships will keep him stateside this weekend.
