WWE's Director of Community Relations Departs Company

WWE’s Director of Community Relations Departs CompanyPWInsider reports that Sue Aitchison is no longer with WWE. Fans may remember that she was honored as the Warrior Award recipient during the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame. She was the Director of Community relations and worked for the company for 38 years. Up until her departure on Friday, she was the longest-running employee with the company.

Aitchison is the person who helped the company build relationships with charities such as Make-A-Wish. While many fans may not have heard much about her since she wasn’t featured on TV, anyone who worked behind the scenes knew what she did for the company and she was said to be beloved by the talent and employees she worked with.

Her departure is said to have been met with shock from people in WWE and another sign that we are indeed in a new era.
