Reason for WWE Using a Different Stage on RAW

Reason for WWE Using a Different Stage on RAW – WWE’s Monday Night Raw underwent a distinctive presentation on last night’s episode, and the changes were attributed to restrictions faced by the company at The Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

According to reports from PWInsider.com, the venue, opened in 1999, posed challenges for WWE due to its original design, which did not accommodate the current lighting rigs that hang from the ceiling. Concerns about the weight of snow on top of the arena led to the decision not to use the existing infrastructure for WWE’s elaborate lighting setup.

To address this, WWE opted for a lighting truss supported by towers constructed from the ground up. Additionally, the company utilized a smaller staging setup and adjusted the pyrotechnics for safety reasons related to the venue’s limitations.

This adaptive approach highlights the logistical considerations that WWE must navigate when bringing its production to various venues, each with its own unique features and limitations.
