Michael Cole Replaces Kevin Patrick on WWE SmackDown

In a recent development, WWE has officially released Kevin Patrick from its roster following his removal from the position of lead announcer on WWE SmackDown.

The January 26th edition of WWE SmackDown, broadcasted from Miami, FL., saw Corey Graves and Michael Cole taking over the commentary duties, with Cole temporarily filling the void left by Patrick’s departure. It’s worth noting that Michael Cole had also worked on WWE Monday Night Raw earlier in the week and is scheduled to contribute to Saturday’s Royal Rumble premium live event.

These changes in the commentary team signal a shift in WWE’s broadcast lineup, as the company adjusts to new arrangements in its talent roster and on-air roles.
