Jack Perry Files Trademark for "Scapegoat" Nickname

Jack Perry has locked down another trademark.

The AEW wrestler had attorney Michael Dockins file trademarks with the USPTO for the purposes of merchandise services on January 24 for “Scapegoat,” his latest nickname.

He previously filed for his old Jungle Boy ring name and other monikers. Here is the description:

“Mark For: SCAPEGOAT™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Socks; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”

Perry hasn’t been seen or heard from since the incident with CM Punk at AEW All In last August, but he made his return to wrestling at the NJPW Battle in the Valley event.

The incident resulted in Perry being suspended and Punk released. At the event, Perry attacked Shota Umino. Perry then ripped an AEW contract and put on an armband with “Scapegoat” on it.

It’s still unclear when he will return to AEW.
