10/2 WWE RAW Results – And they are BRAWLING! The show opens with Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax brawling on the ramp and on their way down to the ring!
Nia Jax rammed Shayna Baszler into the apron. Shayna, however, retaliated with a well-placed kick and then applied the Kirifuta Clutch submission hold. Nia managed to break free by backing Shayna into the turnbuckles.
Suddenly, Raquel Rodriguez’s entrance music began to play, leaving Nia confused. Raquel stormed down to the ring and landed a powerful punch on Nia. Raquel attempted to follow up with a boot, but Nia dodged, causing Raquel’s foot to inadvertently strike Shayna. Nia took advantage of the situation and knocked Raquel to the mat.
Rhea Ripley then made her entrance, charging into the ring and taking Nia down with a series of punches. Raquel responded by landing a punch on Rhea, and Shayna joined the fray by going after Nia.
Security personnel rushed to the ring to separate the brawling Superstars and maintain order. However, Rhea Ripley didn’t back down; she attacked one of the security guards and executed her finishing move, RipTide.
As the chaos continued, Rhea Ripley remained standing tall in the ring while everyone else was escorted backstage by security.
Rhea gets on the mic and she says she is back on Raw. Rhea says she is not done yet. She tells the rest of the Judgment Day to come out because they need to talk.
Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio make their way to the ring, but there is no Finn Balor.

We are back and Rhea talks about some THE Judgment Day business to attend to. She says there is no leader in THE Judgment Day and they have their own responsibilities to handle. Someone has to come up with a game plan so things don’t go down? Right Dom? What happens? Mami is taken out for two weeks by Nia Jax and things fall apart for THE Judgment Day. She makes the plans and she left that responsibility for someone and that person let ehr down. She says she left that responsibility for Priest. Rhea says she goes and you can’t handle the job. After the brawl last week, Finn is out with an injury and you can’t compete against Jey because you are not medically cleared? Dom loses the North American Championship to Trick Williams because you weren’t there like she told him to. Now there is a Cody and Jey situation. They don’t fear them because there is tension. They are not a threat to them. They are going to try to take your tag titles from you. What are you going to do?
Priest says with all due respect, you are not saying anything he doesn’t know. Cody and Jey are coming for the titles, but when push comes to shove, he will push harder. With that being said, screw Cody Rhodes. Screw Jey Uso. All of these talks about THE Judgment Day falling apart, screw them too. Priest says he has his titles and his contract. He says he is not trying to point fingers but Mami, where is Dom Dom’s title?
Rhea looks at Dom and Dom does not look too happy.
Rhea asks Dom if she is her Mami. What does that make him? That makes you his papi. Tomorrow night, you have a rematch against Trick Williams. You’re welcome. If you don’t come home with the championship, don’t bother coming home.
Jey Uso’s music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring.
Jey wants to welcome back Rhea to Raw. Jey says they missed her. It looks like there is a new tribal chief on Monday and she has bigger balls than Roman ever did.
Priest tells Jey he is really tired of hearing him open his mouth. Priest approaches Jey but Dom stops Priest.
Dom starts to talk but we cannot hear him over the booing. Dom says Priest that since Priest cannot take care of his business tonight, Dom says he will take care of Jey tonight.
Priest lets him go and Rhea has some words for Priest and they leave the ring.
Dom misses a punch and Jey with a super kick. JD McDonagh attacks Jey from behind and connects with forearms. Jey punches JD and then Dom joins the attack. Dom punches Jey while JD holds Jey. Dom punches Jey and Priest gets on the apron with the briefcase and Cody Rhodes’ music plays. Jey with a super kick to JD and Cody with CrossRhodes to Dom.
Adam Pearce comes out and says that Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will face Damian Priest and Finn Balor. It will be a tag title match.
– We see the headlines about Jade Cargill.

Alpha Academy vs. Imperium
Chad and Kaiser start things off and they lock up. Kaiser backs Chad into the corner but misses a punch. Chad with an arm drag into an arm bar and side head lock. Kaiser with a reversal and a shoulder tackle. Kasier with an arm bar. Kaiser with a wrist lock and Chad with a drop toe hold into an arm bar. Kaiser pulls Chad down by the hair and he kicks Chad in the head. Vinci tags in and he kicks Chad and connects with a forearm and European uppercut in the corner. Vinci with a side head lock and Chad with a head scissors take down. Chad with a waist lock and Vinci avoids a German suplex. Chad with an ankle lock and Vinci rolls through but Chad knocks Kaiser off the apron. Chad with an exploder to Ludwig and he goes up top but Kaiser pulls Vinci to the floor. Kaiser yells at Vinci and Otis back drops Chad onto Vinci.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Chad chops Kaiser. Kaiser with a running European uppercut to send Chad to the floor. Vinci with a back drop driver onto the apron and Kaiser with a hesitation drop kick to knock Chad off the apron to the floor. Vinci tags in and he gives Chad a European uppercut or two. Chad blocks a European uppercut for a back slide and a near fall. Vinci with a clothesline and Kaiser tags in. Kaiser runs into a boot but he blocks it and connects with a punch for a near fall. Kaiser with a Cobra Clutch. Chad with punches but Kaiser with an elbow to the head. Chad goes for a back body drop and Kaiser tries for a sunset flip but Chad holds on and applies the ankle lock.
Chad with a German suplex to Kaiser after knocking Vinci off the apron. Kaiser looks for Vinci and Otis tags in. Otis runs through Kaiser a few times and hits a clothesline. Otis with a back fist to Vinci. Otis with an exploder and splash to Kaiser. Otis catches Vinci on a springboard move and he hits a World’s Strongest Slam. The shirt comes off and Otis with a Caterpillar. Otis puts Kaiser on the turnbuckles and Vinci grabs Otis’ leg to stop the fallaway slam. Chad with a cannonball to Vinci while Kaiser hits a running kick to Otis for the three count.
Winners: Imperium
– We take a look back at Saturday’s Women’s Title match between Tiffany Stratton and Becky Lynch.
Michael Cole mentions that Becky Lynch is not medically cleared to wrestle and we see what happened to her arm. Becky will be on NXT tomorrow night.
Backstage:
Adam apologizes to Tegan Nox for postponing the match. Chelsea Green arrives and she says she has an amazing idea. Chelsea says Tegan is probably complaining about Becky not being able to wrestle. Chelsea says Tegan should be wishing the match is canceled so she doesn’t lose to Becky. Tegan says she has an idea. She suggests that since her schedule is opened up and they wrestle to see who is championship material. Adam likes the idea and says the match is official.

Bronson Reed vs. Cedric Alexander
Alexander with a forearm but Reed pushes him away. Alexander with punches and Reed pushes him away. Reed misses a splash into the corner and Alexander with a missile drop kick to send Reed to the floor. Alexander with a drop kick through the ropes and a suicide dive. Alexander with a flip dive onto Reed. Alexander goes for a springboard move and Reed with a clothesline. Alexander with a Neuralizer for a near fall. Alexander goes upt op and Reed stops him and Reed with a press slam attempt. Alexander gets back to his feet but Reed with a cross body and a back senton. Reed pulls Alexander into the corner for Tsunami and the three count.
Winner: Bronson Reed
– We take a look back at last week’s MizTV.
Backstage:
Adam Pearce is on the phone and he has to stop his call when Drew McIntyre shows up. Drew says he is not going to do MizTV tonight. Adam says Miz requested an open forum to speak. Drew says absolutely not but he will still go out and talk but if Miz shows his face, he will stop him. Adam asks Drew if he is okay. Drew says he doesn’t remember people ‘doing the right thing’ when he was being beaten down by the Bloodline.
Back to commercial.
In the Arena:
Adam Pearce is in the ring because it is time to sign a contract for the Intercontinental Title Match between Tommaso Ciampa and Gunther.
Out first is the challenger, Tommaso Ciampa. Out next is the champion, Gunther.
Adam explains how the contract signing works.
Ciampa signs the contract first. Ciampa says what he is setting out to do with Gunther is beyond his own imagination. The morning he wakes up to face you for the title, the air will taste better. You have been given opportunity after opportunity and you are fed five star meals. We are fed roadkill and have to turn it into filet. Next week, when his music hits, and he comes through the curtain for his chance to win the title he has dreamed about since he was five, his family will be there to watch. He says he will be fighting for that five year old boy who has been waiting for this his entire life. He says he will be the new Intercontinental Champion.
Gunther says this an official contract signing for the most important championship in the sport today and you choose to show up like this? It tells him everything he needs to know about Ciampa. You talk about your family and fighting for the right things and standing up for yourself. Those are fine motives. He fights for what is near and dear to him. He says this title is what means the most to him. Gunther says he is the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time.
Ciampa says that Gunther seems so confident when his entire world is about to crumble, sign the contract.
Gunther tells Ciampa he is to never ever interrupt him again.
Once he is done with Ciampa, you can hug your family real tight and keep dreaming because this is the closest you will get to this championship.
Ciampa says he is standing here and you are standing here, we can change a few words around because you haven’t signed the contract. There are thousands of people in San Jose who want to see him make history. We don’t have to wait until next week or Fastlane. I want to tap you out tonight.
Gunther tells Mr. Pearce that he thinks Ciampa should prove it as he signs the contract.
Adam says the match happens tonight.
Gunther swings at Ciampa and Ciampa comes off the table and he punches CIampa. Gunther pushes CIampa onto the table. CIampa throws a chair at Gunther and he applies the Sicilian Stretch. Gunther escapes and goes to the floor.
Backstage:
Priest says he can’t beat anyone up tonight but they have to put their titles on the line on Saturday. Priest tells JD not to talk to him. Rhea says they don’t want Kevin, Sami, Jey, or Cody on the same page. Kevin already doesn’t like Jey. She says this is the wedge that can help them. JD talks about divide and conquer.
We go to commercial.
Xavier Woods vs. Ivar
Woods with a drop kick as the bell rings followed by forearms. Woods with a punch and kicks. Ivar with an Irish whip and Woods floats over but Ivar with a seated splash in the corner. Ivar with an exploder and he sets for a bronco buster and hits it for a near fall. Ivar wtih a forearm to the side of the head. Ivar sends Woods into the corner but Woods with a kick. Ivar avoids Honor Roll and Woods gets to his feet on a suplex attempt. Woods cannot get Ivar on his shoudlers. Woods with a thrust kick and a clothesline that sends Ivar over the top rope to the floor. Woods goes for a drop kick through the ropes but Ivar moves. Ivar sends Woods into the apron and Ivar misses a cross body and hits the apron. Woods with a drop kick off the apron.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Ivar sets for a power bomb but Woods escapes and he kicks Ivar. Woods with a thrust kick and a front kick followed by a rolling elbow. Woods tries to get Ivar on his shoulders and he hits a Death Valley Driver for a near fall. Ivar with a back breaker and a slam. Ivar goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault but Woods stops Ivar and connects wtih forearms to the back. Woods sets for a power bomb but he collapses under Ivar’s weight in the corner. Ivar goes up top and misses a frog splash. Woods with a La Magistral for a near fall. Ivar with a kick and a power bomb attempt but Woods escapes and gets the three count wtih an inside cradle.
Winner: Xavier Woods
After the match, Ivar attacks Woods and Kofi goes after Ivar. Ivar with a spin kick of doom to Kofi and then to Woods. Ivar with a power bomb of Kofi onto Woods. Ivar goes up top for a moonsault and he hits it on both men.
– We have a video package for Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura.
– Seth Rollins walks in the back as we go to commercial.
In the Arena:
Michael Cole is in the ring to bring out Seth Rollins.
Seth welcomes everyone to Raw.
Cole mentions that he has called a lot of Seth’s matches and has come up with some of his nicknames. Cole says it seems like Seth is the puppet this time.
Seth is offended and he points out they go back a long way. He asks Cole what show is he watching. He says he has been asking Nakamura for a rematch for weeks and Nakamura finally gave it to him.
Cole wants to know what Seth is doing. Cole says Seth is a first ballot hall of famer. He asks Seth if he knows what he is getting into with a Last Man Standing Match. Cole brings up Seth’s back. Cole wants to know why is Seth putting himself through this.
Seth says he will be honest with Cole. He says he doesn’t know how to put it into words but he asks Cole how many years has he been sitting at that commentary desk. Cole says 26 years. He asks Cole how many shows has he missed and Cole says 2. He says it is a compulsion for Cole and he needs it. Seth says that is what it is like for him. When they sing his song, he needs that. He has an honor and a responsibility and a duty. This ring has given him everything. It put a roof over his head, it put food on his table, it is how he met his wife, and it is how he has a beautiful baby girl. All of that gets amplified when you are champion. You have to be the change and if this is his last ride and he cannot do it anymore, it matters that he left it all in the ring. Then he will have fulfilled his responsibiltity and he will be an honorable man and an example for his daughter.
It is not words, it is a feeling. Seth says it feels right.
Nakamura appears on the TitanTron. He says no one believes Seth any more. He asks if he planned this perfectly or did Seth? Did Seth lie about his back injury to make eveyrone feel sorry for him.
Nakamura hits Seth from behind and hits Kinshasa to the back of the head.
TitanTron Nakamura starts to count as Seth struggles to get back to his feet. Nakamura hits Seth with a chair to the ribs and then to the back. Nakamura hits Seth again in the back. Nakamura hits Seth many more times in the back and then he sits down in front of Seth while Tronamura counts.
Nakamura kicks Seth in the back again and connects with a knee. Nakamura with a back breaker onto the chair. Nakamura with Kinshasa and a “count of ten”.
Backstage:
Tegan is in the back preparing for her match and Becky Lynch shows up. Becky says she would have loved to put this title on the line but she is not cleared. Becky says when she is cleared, she better be ready for a fight.
Becky turns around into Natalya, but she want to talk with Tegan. Natalya says she feels horrible for Tegan losing this title match. Natalya says they got off on the wrong foot. She says she has a different level of respect after last week. Natalya says Tegan will get her shot at Becky and she will take advantage of it.
We go to commercial.
Chelsea Green vs. Tegan Nox
Green wtih a kick and she wants a high five from Piper. Green gets a near fall. Tegan with a back elbow for a near fall. Tegan mIsses a boot and Green with a kick but Nox avoids the Unprettiher. Tegan super kicks Green to the floor. Green is slapped by Nox and Green falls into Piper. Nox sends Green into the ring and Natalya’s music plays. Nox with a ShINIEsT WizARD for the three count.
Winner: Tegan Nox

Backstage:
We are back and Byron Saxton ambushes Jey Uso. Jey says he is not sure what is going on. He had a new beginning and he will throw hands with The Judgment Day at any times. If it is at Fastlane, it is good. If it is for the titles, it is good. If it is with Cody Rhodes, it is good.
In the Arena:
Drew McIntyre is in the ring. Drew asks the people of San Jose what should they talk about. He says everyone wants an explanation of why Drew has changed. Drew says he doesn’t have to explain a damn thing to anyone in the locker room. The only people he answers to are his fans. The truth is he is going to stop being the savior and he is going to stop interfering in fights he didn’t start in the first place. He says he is fighting at less than 100% and he is done with it. He says he hasn’t been saving the day the last few weeks, but no one else is coming out to save the day. Other than Cody who is cleaning up his mess. Drew says he feels that he is in the Codyverse.
He does not understand forgiving Jey Uso.
Miz interrupts and he says he does not forgive Drew for what he did last week or canceling this week’s episode of MizTV. You sat there when I gave you the platform to speak about whatever you wanted.
Drew tells Miz to shut up and he reminds Miz that he was warned. You have to stand up for yourself because no one will stand up for you.
Miz says he was looking out for Drew and you told me to shut up. Last week, you had ten thousand people chanting Shut Up Miz. You think you are justified and that you are taking a stand. Why don’t you embrace who you really are.
Drew tells Miz to shut up.
Drew asks Miz if he wants him to be the bad guy? Do you want me to attack Seth in the back and then take the title from him? Do you want me to screw over Jey at Fastlane. I collect wins and earn title matches. Why don’t we have a fight now unless your balls are still tiny.
Miz asks everyone if they want a match now. Miz says they are not dressed for a match. Miz says he is in a suit while Drew is in a skirt. Miz says he knows what Drew is doing by painting himself as the hero and pandering to the people. You are self absorbed. If someone is beaten down in the next hour, you will be Bad Drew. You play both sides and pick whichever one benefits Drew.
Drew tells Miz to shut up and calls Miz a bloody idiot. Miz says Drew isn’t worth his time. Drew says time is up and it is time to fight. Miz says Mama Miz taught him a bigger man will walk from a fight. Instead of playing the hero, I will be the hero and walk away.
Miz turns around and he attacks Drew from behind with the mic. Drew goes to the floor and he returns to the ring. Miz with kicks but Drew runs Miz into the trnbuckles and he punches Miz. Officials separate them and Miz goes to the floor.
We go to commercial.
Drew McIntyre vs. The Miz
The bell rings and Miz goes to the floor. Drew chases Miz into the ring and Drew pulls Miz to the floor and runs Miz into the ringside barrier and apron. Drew with a reverse atomic drop and Miz sends Drew into the ring post. Miz kicks Drew and then continues with more kicks. Miz tries to smother Drew and the referee warns him. Miz kicks Drew. Miz with an Awesome Clothesline and Drew holds on and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Drew with a second one. Drew with a neck breaker and he sets for Future Shock but Drew is sent to the apron by Miz. Miz with a knee and a codebreaker in the ropes. Miz exposes the turnbuckle while the referee deals with Drew. The referee sees what Miz is doing and Drew with a head butt and Miz goes down. Drew sets for a Claymore but Miz doesn’t get back to his feet. Drew grabs his sword and the referee stops him. He gives the sword to the referee and Drew removes the turnbuckle pad and sends Miz into the exposed turnbuckle. Drew with a Future Shock DDT for the three count.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
After the match, Drew says he has been doing some serious thinking. He is not the same guy he was 30 seconds ago. He says he is sorry for his actions and now he is automatically forgiven.
– We take a look back at the North American Title Match from No Mercy.
Backstage:
Jackie Redmond is with Trick Williams in the back. She asks Trick about his rematch against Dom Mysterio tomorrow night. Trick introduces himself to Jackie and the rest of the world. He says he is six foot four and 240 pounds of muscle. He has gold in his ears, around his wrist, and around his waist. THE Judgment Day shows up and Trick says Dom looks more confident with Mami there. Rhea says Dom will be alone tomorrow and he will walk out with the North American title.
– We see Tommaso Ciampa in the back preparing for his match against Gunther.

In the Arena:
We are back with Jackie Redmond and she brings out Cody Rhodes. Jackie asks Cody about his tag title match on Saturday night and if he was backed into this match. Cody says he never expected to tag with Jey but it is The Judgment Day who backed themselves into this match. He says he heard their plan is to be on Smackdown on Friday because Cody says he will be there too. Jey Uso will be there too. They will march to Fastlane and they will win the tag titles. It will be a very different Monday Night Raw.
– Gunther and the Imperium make their way to the ring as we go to commercial.
– We are back and Chad says Otis does not have to apologize. He says they need to deal with Imperium cheating. They will pay for this set back. He calls them savages and idiots.
– Next week, Tegan Nox gets her match against Becky Lynch. Ivar faces Kofi Kingston in a Viking Rules Match. Nia Jax faces Raquel Rodriguez.
Gunther vs. Tommaso Ciampa for the Intercontinental Championship
Ciampa pushes Gunther during the ring introduction and he laughs.
Ciampa with punches as he backs Gunther into the corner. Gunther misses a chop and Ciampa iwth a chop. Ciampa with an arm bar and Gunther backs Ciamap into the ropes. Ciampa with clotheslines to Gunther and it staggers the champion. Gunther misses a chop and then Gunther catches Ciampa when Ciampa goes for a jumping knee. Gunther with a Boston Crab and he stomps on the chest. Gunther with a kick and Ciampa goes to the floor. Gunther gets Ciampa up but Ciampa sends Gunther into the ring post and Ciampa follows with a Thesz Press and punches. Ciampa gets Gunther to the mat and he tries to apply the Sicilian Stretch but Gunther gets to the ropes and Gunther goes to the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Gunther with an arm bar. Gunther chops Ciampa. Ciampa with chops and Gunther with a slam. Gunther slaps Ciampa and he chokes Ciampa in the ropes. Ciampa with a chop but Gunther puts Ciampa on the turnbuckles. Ciampa with a clothesline but Gunther applies a sleeper and turns it into a rear naked choke. Gunther with a knee to the ribs and a side head lock. Gunther returns to the sleeper and Ciampa with a jaw breaker to escape. Gunther with a boot to the head for a near fall. Ciampa tries to get out of the sleeper but Gunther maintains the hold. Ciampa runs Gunther into the turnbuckles to get out of the hold. Ciampa with a Sicilian Stretch but Gunther tries to get to the ropes. Ciampa with punches but Gunther gets to the ropes. Gunther pulls Ciampa to the floor and chops Ciamnpa. Gunther sends Ciampa into the ringside barrier and chops him. Gunther with a back drop driver onto the apron.

We are back and Gunther chops Ciampa and Ciampa chops back. Gunther puts Ciampa on the turnbuckles and he chops Ciampa. Gunther chokes Ciampa on the turnbuckles and Ciampa falls to the floor. Gunther chops Ciampa against the ringside barrier. Gunther misses a chop and dents the hood on the announce table. Gunther beats the count back into the ring and Ciampa with a knee to knock Gunther to the floor. Ciampa with a running knee off the apron. Ciampa slams Gunther’s hand into the announce table many times. Gunther pulls Ciampa back to the floor and Gunther with a chop. Gunther sends Ciampa back into the ring. Ciampa with Willow’s Bell and he gets a near fall.
Ciampa sets for Fairy Tale Ending but Gunther blocks it. Ciampa kicks Gunther in the hend and then does Kawada Kicks to the hand. Ciampa with boots to the head. Ciampa pulls down the knee pad and he runs into a drop kick from Gunther. Gunther gets a near fall. Gunther sets for a power bomb but Ciampa blocks it and Gunther’s hand keeps himn from hitting it. Ciampa with a reverse DDT after escaping a slam. Ciampa with a running knee for a near fall. Ciampa with kicks to Gunther and he sets for Fairy Tale Ending but Gunther escapes. Gunther with a chop and a sleeper suplex for a near fall.
Gunther sets for a clothesline but Ciampa blocks it. Ciampa with a Sicilian Stretch but Gunther gets a near fall with a rollup. Ciampa with forearms and he reapplies the Sicilian Stretch. Gunther gets his foot on the rope to break the hold. Ciampa with chops and Gunther chops back but he does it with his injured hand. Ciampa with chops. Gunther chops and Ciampa blocks a chop and kicks Gunther. Ciampa gets Gunther up for a second but Gunther counters with a Doctor Bomb and a second power bomb. Gunther with a sleeper. Ciampa starts to fade and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Gunther
After the match, Vinci and Kaiser come to the ring to attack Ciampa while Gunther leaves the ring and goes to the back.
Johnny Gargano’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring to make the save. Gargano with a slingshot spear to Kaiser followed by a super kick to Vinci.
