Ace Steel Joins IMPACT as Producer at Bound For Glory – According to a report by Mike Johnson from PWInsider, Ace Steel is currently in Chicago for IMPACT Bound For Glory, and he is expected to work as a producer for IMPACT Wrestling over the weekend.
This news follows Ace Steel’s recent departure from AEW, which happened a little over a month ago. While at AEW, he held a remote position, particularly as CM Punk’s producer. However, his tenure with AEW came to an end due to an incident involving CM Punk during AEW All In. This incident also led to Steel’s release from AEW. Johnson’s sources mentioned that Steel is essentially going through a tryout with IMPACT this weekend, as IMPACT had considered bringing him in previously but was initially unable to do so.
Ace Steel also has some prior history with IMPACT, dating back to the days when the promotion was known as TNA. He worked with the company in 2002 and had another stint in 2003.
