Brutus’s impressive show of strength came to the fore as he tore the cage door off its hinges and entered the ring. He effectively wielded the door as a weapon, delivering punishing blows to Reid and Fowler, including slamming the latter into the unforgiving cage wall.
With the Creed Brothers regaining momentum, the battle swung back and forth, but The Dyad managed to regain control. Yet, Julius and Brutus Creed weren’t deterred. A decisive double-team maneuver showcased their synchronization, and they unleashed stereo forearm strikes that found their mark on The Dyad. This dynamic display culminated in their victory, securing their return to NXT.
The Creed Brothers had previously encountered a setback in the form of a “Loser Leaves NXT” match against The Dyad on the July 4 episode. Following this, they reemerged as part of Schism before orchestrating a dramatic comeback on the August 22 episode. During this comeback, they issued a challenge for a Steel Cage match against The Dyad, ultimately culminating in their triumphant reinstatement to the NXT roster.
