Seth Rollins Issues Open Challenge For World Title Match On 6/5 WWE RAW – Triple H promised that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be defended on a regular basis. That would include non-televised live events and apparently, it will be defended on Monday Night RAW.
World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins sent out a tweet earlier asking fans when was the last time the World Championship was defended on Raw. Big E was the last person to do it in 2021.
Rollins sent out another tweet and issued an open challenge for this Monday night in Hartford, CT.
Rollins tweeted the following:
My man @WWEBigE was the last defender of the crown…..in November 2021?!?? Let’s change that. Open Challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship is officially LIVE for THIS Monday night in Hartford! Line ‘em up!
No word yet on who might answer the challenge but expect to find out soon on social media.
Rollins won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship by defeating AJ Styles in a tournament for the title at WWE Night of Champions. His match on the June 5 episode of WWE RAW is set to be the first televised defense of the title.
