After nearly three months out of action, PAC is expected to return soon.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that PAC has been away from the ring due to getting a nose injury fixed. Meltzer added that he’s been told PAC should be returning soon.
“Pac has been out of action due to getting his nose fixed that he was still wrestling on after it was injured to complete the best-of-seven series,” Meltzer wrote. “We are told he should be back shortly.”
PAC suffered a broken nose at AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view last November. That was the first match in the Death Triangle vs. The Elite best-of-seven series.
The final match in the series took place in January. Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks defeated PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix in that ladder match to win the AEW Trios titles.
The Trios titles are now held by House of Black after they defeated The Elite at Revolution this March.
PAC wrestled twice in March, appearing for OTT Wrestling at their ScrapperMania weekend.
