Returning Name And Tag Team Set For A Big Push On WWE RAW – Last week, WWE began teasing the return of Tommaso Ciampa during a backstage segment, where The Way got back together and Johnny Gargano stated that “he’s coming back soon.”
Well, it looks like Ciampa will be back very soon.
While it was not explicitly said who he was talking about, the rumor going around in WWE is that Ciampa is ready to return and according to Twitter insider @BoozerRasslin, he and Gargano are about to get a big push.
Boozer stated that the plan is for DIY to get a big push after Night of Champions and the lead-up to the Money In The Bank PLE. No word on when exactly Ciampa will be back but it would make sense for him to appear on the RAW after the Night of Champions PLE.
The plan to reunite Ciampa and Gargano has been talked about for months and Gargano has talked about the idea in interviews. The last time Ciampa was seen on WWE TV was back in September. He underwent hip surgery in October.
