Pat McAfee Is Headed To ESPN

Pat McAfee Is Headed To ESPN – Pat McAfee confirmed that he signed a deal with ESPN to bring The Pat McAfee to ESPN, ESPN+, and ESPN YouTube. McAfee said that keeping the show on YouTube was a sticking point in the deal and potential other deals.

McAfee worked with ESPN for College Gameday in the fall and winter, which took him away from his WWE SmackDown commentary gig.

McAfee said his show would remain the same and he would retain creative freedom in regards to how things operate.

It is unknown if or when McAfee with return to WWE. He signed a multi-year extension with WWE in July 2022 to remain as an announcer on WWE SmackDown, but stepped away to be part of ESPN College Gameday.

He returned at WWE Royal Rumble to be an announcer and returned again at WrestleMania 39 to face The Miz.
