Hangman Page Reunites With The Elite – Anarchy In The Arena Set For AEW Double Or Nothing – As seen on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Don Callis started to explain why he betrayed Kenny Omega on the May 10 episode of AEW Dynamite, where Callis’ interference helped Jon Moxley beat Omega in a Steel Cage match.
Omega interrupted, and he was attacked by the Blackpool Combat Club. Jon Moxley claimed that the BCC is the elite. The Young Bucks (Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson) came out, but The Elite were still outnumbered. Hangman Page then joined The Elite trio on the stage, and they took the fight to the Blackpool Combat Club.
After the quartet cleared the ring, Page said The Elite are the heart and soul of AEW. He then challenged the Blackpool Combat Club to an Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing on May 28.
Page’s appearance marked his return to AEW TV for the first time since the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite. There, the Blackpool Combat Club attacked him and gouged his eye with a screwdriver.
