Fans Not Happy About Piped In Boos For LA Knight – Last night’s episode of SmackDown was taped a week ago, which means that WWE has more time to make changes to the show in post-production.
Since the 1980s, WWE has added crowd noise to their taped shows and last night was no different. However, some fans on social media took issue with what seemed to be piped in boos for LA Knight.
Knight has been getting incredible babyface reactions at live events over the last few months and the feeling among many fans on social media is that it’s time to pull the trigger with him and push him as a top guy on SmackDown. You can hear the boos in the clip below.
To be clear, Knight is still slotted internally as a heel so this should be expected but there are said to be plans for him to get pushed up the card and he is one of the names expected to be part of the Money In The Bank ladder match in July. So, the boos may not last long if the company starts pushing him as a babyface in the weeks to come.
