Cody Rhodes is out of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament.
During the second match for the World Heavyweight Championship on tonight’s WWE RAW, Rhodes was about to pin The Miz but Brock Lesnar appeared at ringside and pulled Rhodes out of the ring and this was legal because there are no disqualifications in a Triple Threat Match. After Balor won the match with the Coup de Grace on Miz.
Lesnar put Rhodes through the announcer’s table and then yelled into the microphone as held Rhodes in his hands. Lesnar then said he wants a “Fight” at Night of Champions.
Earlier in the night, Seth Rollins advanced in the tournament when he beat Shinsuke Nakamura and Damian Priest in a Triple Threat match. Rollins will face Balor later tonight.
